• This Privacy Policy applies between you, the User of this Website and FureinSmile, the owner and provider of this Website. FureinSmile takes the privacy of your information very seriously.

• This Privacy Policy applies to our use of any and all information you submit to FureinSmile via the Website (the “Data”) collected by use or provided by you in relation to your use of the Website. For the avoidance of doubt, the definition of Data incorporates the definitions provided in the applicable data protection laws, including but not limited to, the definitions provided in the Data Protection Act (DPA), Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) and The General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).

• The aforementioned regulations seek to protect your rights as a data subject, and cover the safeguarding of personal data, protecting the user against the unlawful processing of personal data and the unrestricted transfer of personal data within the EU.

• Please be aware; GDPR does not apply to information already accessible in the public domain, for example, Companies House data, or domain registration information.

• For purposes of the applicable Data Protection Laws, FureinSmile is the “data controller”. This means that FureinSmile determines the purposes for which, and the manner in which, your Data is processed.

• To access what Personal data is held, identification will be required for verification. This may be a copy of your current driving licence, your passport, birth certificate and a utility bill not older than three months. A minimum of one piece of photographic ID listed above and a supporting document is required. If we are dissatisfied with the materials provided, further information may be sought before personal data can be released.

We are using a text messaging platform, which is subject to the following terms and conditions. By opting-in for our text marketing and notifications in, you agree to these terms and conditions.
By entering your phone number in the checkout and initialising a purchase, subscribing via our subscription form or a keyword, you agree that we may send you text notifications (for your order, including abandoned cart reminders) and text marketing offers. You acknowledge that consent is not a condition for any purchase.
Your phone number, name and purchase information will be shared with our SMS platform “SMSBump Inc, an European Union company with office at Sofia, Bulgaria, EU. This data will be used for sending you targeted marketing messages and notifications. Upon sending the text messages, your phone number will be passed to a text messages operator to fulfill their delivery.
If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving text marketing messages and notifications reply with STOP to any mobile message sent from us or use the unsubscribe link we provided you with in any of our messages. You understand and agree that alternative methods of opting out, such as using alternative words or requests will not be accounted as a reasonable means of opting out.
